This policy applies to all customers using our greenpass subscription plans. The purpose of this policy is, to ensure that all users have fair and equal access to the services while preventing abuse or misuse of our services. It following defines the fair-use conditions of our software solution and get applied where the level of usage is unreasonable and/or significantly in excess of what we would expect from the respective plan. The policy is relevant for the following unlimited features:

• Unlimited scenarios: you can check up to 20 scenarios per location 
• Unlimited users: you can add up to 20 users of your organization to your account
