§ 2.2 comply with all applicable laws and regulations, in particular laws concerning intellectual property, privacy, data protection and export control, as well as regulations issued by the authorities in relation to them;

§ 2.3 use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the greenpass Services;

§ 2.4 keep passwords and all other login information confidential;

§ 2.7 comply with all applicable terms and conditions regarding third-party applications, including those included in the greenpass Services at the Customer's option, that you access or subscribe to in connection with the greenpass Services.

§ 3.2 share, transfer, or otherwise grant access to an account designated for you to another person;

§ 3.3 use the greenpass services to store or transmit data that infringes another's trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights or that could constitute a tort or unlawful activity;

§ 3.4 upload to or transmit from the greenpass Services any data, files, software, or links that contain or redirect to a virus, Trojan horse, worm, or other harmful component or technology that unlawfully accesses, downloads, or redirects to any content or information stored on the greenpass Services or on our or any third party's hardware;

§ 3.7 access the greenpass Services to create a similar or competing product or service, or copy any ideas, features, functions, or graphics of the greenpass Services;

§ 3.8 use the greenpass Services in a manner that could harm minors or that interacts with or targets under-age minors;

§ 3.9 engage in activities that incite or encourage violence or hatred against individuals or groups;

§ 3.10 impersonate any person or entity, including, without limitation, one of our employees, an "administrator," an "owner," or other authorized user, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

§ 3.11 use the greenpass Services to provide material support or resources to any organization designated by a government as a foreign terrorist organization under national security, defense, or terrorism laws and regulations, or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of such material support or resources;

§ 3.12 access, browse, or create accounts on the greenpass Services by any means other than through the interfaces we support, such as by "scraping" or creating accounts in bulk;

§ 3.13 send unsolicited messages, offers, advertisements or spam;

§ 3.14 place advertisements on the greenpass services;

§ 3.15 send altered, deceptive, or false information intended to identify a source, including "spoofing" or "phishing";

§ 3.16 unlawfully exploit referral programs or other marketing campaigns to obtain more credits than earned;

§ 3.17 sublicense, resell, share or similarly exploit the greenpass Services;

§ 3.18 use contact or other user information obtained from the greenpass Services, including email addresses, to contact other users outside of the greenpass Services without their express permission or authority, or to create or distribute mailing lists or other collections of contact or user profile information for use outside of the greenpass Services; or

§ 3.19 authorize, permit, enable, induce or encourage any third party to carry out any of the above-mentioned acts.
