Holistic sustainable developments

greenpass can be combined with green building certifications like e.g. LEED, BREEAM, DGNB/ÖGNI, klima:aktiv. While green building certifications primarly focus on the interior of a building, greenpass focus on the exterior of buildings.

You can use greenpass as proof within green building certifications and to calculate points between these certifications and a greenpass Certification. Considering both systems follow a comprehensive approach for sustainable real estate.

Recommended Setup

To reach the official greenpass certification proof and quality standard, greenpass Certification with the Pre-Certification and/or Certification are recommended. The Pre-Certification can be applied in design and development phase as well as for existing building. While the Certification can be used in building completion phase as well as for completed existing buildings.

It's recommended to use the greenpass Pre-Certification before the Certification to assure a satisfying certification level. Start as early as possible, to leverage maximum impact and output. Further it's recommended to use the EU Taxo Check, to proof EU Taxonomy compliance on top of the certification. 

Depending on your needs and aims your greenpass can be optional extended with respective modules. Use greenpass Water and Wind to proof specifics in detail. 

All expert modules can be extended with add-ons, like e.g optimizations, further scenarios or building physics analysis and more. You can find all available Add-Ons in the greenpass Shop.
