Follow the steps of the greenpass Pre-Certification and confirm the climate resilience of your real estate and open space with the greenpass

Choose your scope

Visit the greenpass Shop and secure your greenpass Pre-Certification. The recommendation includes the standard module. Depending on the process, one or more optimization rounds are recommended. The pre-certification can be expanded with additional add-ons from the categories of scenarios, conditions, analysis, communication, and service.

It is recommended to subsequently carry out the greenpass Certification to ensure official certification proof. The greenpass Team and our Urban Climate Architect (UCA) partners are happy to support you for your choice.

Digital Twin Simulations

The greenpass Pre-Certification process perform automated, high-resolution expert simulations based on the digital twin. The digital twin from the greenpass Editor serves as the single source of truth (SSOT) for the microclimate simulations. The simulation is based on ENVI-met - the world's leading microclimate simulation software.

greenpass Pre-Certification

Based on the simulation, the greenpass Pre-Certification automatically calculates meaningful and numerical key performance indicators (KPIs) for climate, water, air, biodiversity, energy, and costs. The comprehensive results are visualized as thematic 2D heatmaps and summarized in a certification matrix and a certification label.

Finally, the greenpass Pre-Certification offers an official, digital pre-certification package that is made available to the customer for communication and includes a digital pre-certificate.
